Terms of service

Effective date: April 17, 2026

By using Glopzi (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service. Glopzi is a visual animation editor and runtime for web pages. We provide hosted tools to design animations and a license key to deploy them on websites you own or operate.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into contracts. If using Glopzi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Subscription & Billing. Glopzi is sold as a subscription through Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. You authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method for the subscription you select. Billing cycles are monthly or annual. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until canceled.

4. Cancellation & Refunds. You may cancel at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us at hello@glopzi.com. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

5. License Grant. Subject to your active subscription, Glopzi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and deploy generated animations on the websites you own or operate, within the site limits of your plan (1, 5, or 50 sites).

6. Acceptable Use. You may not: reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sub-license the Service; use it for illegal, infringing, or harmful content; circumvent technical controls (including license validation); or use it to deceive end users.

7. Your Content. You retain ownership of content you create with Glopzi. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and deliver your content as required to operate the Service.

8. Intellectual Property. Glopzi owns all rights to the Service, including source code, runtime bundles, brand, and trademarks.

9. Warranty Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, bug-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glopzi’s total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription.

12. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Mexico
