Refund Policy

Effective date: April 17, 2026

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Glopzi, request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. No questions asked. Email hello@glopzi.com with your order number.

2. After 14 Days.

  • Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. You keep access through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for the current month.
  • Annual subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. You keep access through the end of the paid year. No pro-rata refunds after the initial 14-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund. Email hello@glopzi.com with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and appear in your account within 5-10 business days.

4. Fraud & Abuse. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of apparent fraud, account abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. We may blacklist email addresses and payment methods associated with repeated refund requests.

5. Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we resolve most issues faster than a chargeback process can. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account termination.

6. Changes. We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
